Pirates of the Carribbean

It was one stormy day at sea, Captain Blackbeard and his crew were trying to get through the storm, but of course like every captain, Captain Blackbeard was a snobby captain. When they finally got out of the storm, they saw another ship in the distance. Suddenly Blackbeard yelled at his crew “ship ahoy! load the cannons! ”The gloomy first mate loaded the cannons.“ Ready, set, fire!” They successfully hit their target and watched as the opposing ship sunk. “That must have been unpleasant for the people on board” laughed Captain Blackbeard as they sailed away into the distance.

    This story was so exciting! I particularly enjoyed how you presented the setting of the rough seas in the first line, as well as a description about the Captain’s personality. That really set the tone. Great use of your adjectives and adverbs. The way the story was told made me very interested and I would love to know more about their adventures. Good job! ☺
