My feet were sinking into the scorching sand but that’s when it came into view. The big yellow temple it was the tallest thing I had ever saw, I amazed at it for second before starting to climb if the map was right I would have all gold in the land. The old merchant that gave it to me warned that it would be a long journey but I was desperate. When I finally got to the top my legs were in shambles. I reached out and grabbed the little lion head that lay on the very top of temple with two hand and twisted it, at first nothing happened but a secret passage emerged I greedily stepped in to get all the gold but nothing was in there except an old rusty bicycle but before I could examen my options the temple door started closing.

As I was closing the bright red door and saying goodbye to my mother, she warned me “be home by lunchtime”. It was a glorious day the sun was splitting the rocks.  I grabbed my yellow bicycle and set off on a day trip.  After a couple of miles I immediately began to feel hot and exhausted. I decided to take a break. I greedily got my drink and gulped it. Soon I arrived at the park. I played with my friends for a couple of hours.  Suddenly the time dawned on me .  “I should be home” I shouted.  I grabbed my bag and cycled home as fast as the wind.  I was desperate not to be too late home.

Surprise!!

John jumped smoothly on to his rusty, worn out bicycle, desperate to be first in line for the new accordion that was placed on a stand in the window of old Peter Shannon’s bright yellow music shop. His bike screeched to a stop outside the shop and he stared at the accordion greedily. He had saved up all his money from communions, birthdays, and visits from his grandparents.  John burst into the shop to see Peter shaking his head. “Someone has already bought it, John” he said. Peter was gutted as he rode back to his house. He opened the back door to see his dad smiling at him.” I suppose I got there before you, John?” as he held out a receipt for Peter’s music shop. Without thinking he jumped on his bike and rode back down the shop. “Be careful!” his dad warned behind him, but John was too happy to hear him.

100 word challenge

It’s the morning and Lilly and Lauren are asleep. Lilly and Lauren are twins.It is their birthday. Mom and Dad are going to wake them up now. Mom woke up Lilly and Dad woke up Lauren. Mom said Lilly wake up. Dad tried to wake up Lauren. It didn’t work so mom went  over and said Lauren wake up and it worked.So Lilly and Lauren went down stairs and said wow this is so nice. There was presents and a 10 balloon there. They started opening there presents. They both got a bicycle. Lauren said we can go for a cycle. Mom and Dad said ok. So the girls got dressed and the went. First they had breakfast and the girls greedily ate the pancakes. They left 5mins leter. Lauren seen a yellow sign and it  warned do not enter. Lilly said lets go in to the cave. Mom said no. Lillys face went red because she wanted to go in. The girls were desperate to go in to the cave. Mom warned them not to go in. But dad said come on girls lets go in. The girls screamed YAY.

I switched on the T.V. to see what the weather was like. The weather reporter

was  on  and he warned everyone that there was a snow storm coming. I then

decided that I will go on my cycle now, so then I will be back before the snow

storm. So I greedily busted through the front door (‘almost knocking the hinges

off’) to get my bicycle , then off I went. After two peddles I flew right up into the

air! A minute later I could see dolphins in the coral reef. Then I was flying over the

Eiffel  Tower. At this stage I was desperate to know what was happening. Then, as

I gasped I disappeared into a puff of yellow smoke!

Once upon a time there was a girl called Amy. She lived in a flat with her parents and her three brothers. Amy always wanted to go up the woods on her bike but she didn’t have one. She had to try and save up her money so she could buy a bicycle. She was desperate to buy this one bike in the shop. A few weeks later she finally saved up enough to buy this yellow bike. She bought the yellow bike and Amy was so happy. After a while she went for a cycle with her friend Chloe they were warned to stay in off the road. Her friend Chloe greedily wanted to pass her out because Amy was still getting used to the bike. Suddenly a car came and Chloe got knocked off her bike.

Once there was a boy named Mark who was riding his small yellow bicycle through the woods. It was a hot day and he became desperate for water, so he rode to his favourite stream that had fresh water. But Mark’s friends had warned him about the small fat and greedily looking troll that lived under the bridge but Mark suspected that his friends were making it all up “there  is no silly troll living  under the bridge” he said as got a drink of water and rode back on his bike. He suddenly heard this thumping noise as if someone was following him home. He turned around in shock “don’t go, I’ve been expecting you” he heard a voice. He turned around, it was the troll! He did exist!!

“Daisy is that you, I thought mom warned u about getting up early, go back to sleep please,” asked Sam. It was the middle of the night and Sam was sure he could hear a banging sound. He got out of the bed and stud there hoping the banging would stop. It was coming from the wardrobe. He walked slowly towards it and open up the big yellow stiff doors. Then suddenly something had greedily swallowed him up! He landed with a thud on a soft patch of snow. Where was he? There was a bicycle beside him, so he hopped on. He was desperate to find out where he was. A while later he stopped to see a giant man standing there on some sort of phone……

“Bang” I could hear in the forest.  I decided to go and and see where the noise was coming from.  I could see a huge tree in the distance.  As I got closer I could see a scary looking man in a tree.  I panicked, the sweat started to drop from my forehead.  I shrieked as it appeared sparks were coming out of the man’s body.  He started to move closer to me.  I began to run in the opposite direction as quick as I could, I was petrified.  Just then, I jumped up, I was in my bed!  I had just woke up from a terrible nightmare.

“What is that” I said to myself, as I halted right in front of a big huge tree, well that’s what I thought it was anyway. It had a body and head like a man and arms like a deer’s head. Just then the ground shook and the tree came alive. I ran away ‘as fast as the wind’ but it caught up to At this stage I was tired, terrified and trembling but I just stood still; hoping that it wouldn’t harm me. It started talking, I thought that it would pick me up but actually it just asked me did I have any water. Luckily I had some in my pocket, I gave it some and then he just walked away!
